Meet Peter! This older Shih Tzu mix is a sweet, low-key gentleman who was found as a stray. He appears to be house trained and is perfectly content coexisting with other dogs, though he’s not much of a player.
What Peter really wants is a cozy lap and a loving family where he can enjoy his golden years.
